Cars 2 ROM is a 2011 action comedy spy film produced by Pixar Animation Studios and released by Walt Disney Pictures. The film is the sequel to the 2006 film Cars, and features the voices of Owen Wilson, Larry the Cable Guy, Michael Caine, Emily Mortimer, John Turturro, and Eddie Izzard. In the film, race car Lightning McQueen and tow truck Mater head to Japan and Europe to compete in the World Grand Prix, while Mater becomes sidetracked with international espionage.

The Cars 2 video game follows suit with an all-new international adventure for Lightning McQueen and his best friend Mater. Team up with spy agency leader Finn McMissile and British secret agent Holley Shiftwell to battle a team of villains led by Professor Zündapp. Cars 2 ROM brings players an international roster of racers and Locations to compete in as they vie to become the fastest car in the world. Cars 2 ROM also introduces a brand new adventure mode that follows secret agent Mater as he attempts to thwart a plot against Lightning McQueen. Cars 2 ROM is available for the Playstation Portable, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii, and Nintendo DS.
