Activision’s Spider-Man 2 PlayStation 2 is a 2004 video game based on the film of the same name. The console versions were developed by Treyarch, while the others had different developers and are drastically different as a result. The game is the sequel to 2002’s Spider-Man, itself based on the film of that same name. Here are the five best things about it!

Great Story – Unlike some video games that are based on movies, Spider-Man 2’s story actually follows the movie closely. You’ll swing through New York City as Peter Parker/Spider-Man, face off against Doctor Octopus, and battle to save Mary Jane Watson. Not only does this make for a more immersive experience, but it also means there’s less of a learning curve as you get used to the controls

Great Visuals – For a 2004 game, Spider-Man 2 boasts some impressive visuals. The environments are well-detailed and look great, and the character models are surprisingly good. It’s clear that a lot of care went into making this game look as good as it possibly could

High replay value – Thanks to its open world design, there’s a ton of stuff to do in Spider-Man 2 ps2 roms.
