The HOUSE OF THE DEAD: OVERKILL is a role-playing shooting game developed by Headstrong Games in 2009. House of the Dead: Overkill is a summary of the original game series The House of the Dead. Overkill, like previous installments in The House of the Dead franchise, is a railway combat game. The game has two distinct game modes: single play and double play. Players will use a weapon to kill the zombies on the ship. With vivid violence and undead that appear suddenly, the game is only for individuals who enjoy action. Every time you eliminate a zombie, you’ll earn more points; when your finishing blow destroys the head, you’ll earn additional points; saving people awards extra points; extra points are given when killing bonus zombies or saving survivors. You will die when attacked by zombies. If you wish to resume playing, you must reset your score with the previous point total. During combat, you may collect a variety of objects including healing packs, bombs, Time Stop, Evil Eye, and so on.
