Pokemon Polished Crystal is a re-imagining of the first Pokemon game by Rangi, a renowned ROM hacker. The game’s plot remains similar to the original version, in which you play as a young trainer traveling from Johto to Kanto in order to defeat the Gym Leaders and Elite Four in order to become the champion. And it appears that this variant has no relationship to the original game, with all elements having been altered, including brand-new Pokemon, techniques, systems, maps, events, trainers, goods, and even Red.
