1941: Counter Attack ROM is an online game that you can play for free on your computer. This game is a shoot ’em up video game that was released in 1991 by Capcom. The objective of the game is to shoot down enemy aircraft and destroy ground targets. 1941: Counter Attack features five stages, each with different enemies and boss characters.

The first stage of 1941: Counter Attack takes place over the skies of Japan. The player controls a fighter plane as they battle against enemy fighter planes and bombers. The second stage takes place over the Pacific Ocean, where the player must battle against enemy submarines and aircraft carriers.  The third stage takes place over the skies of Germany, where the player must battle against enemy fighter planes and bombers. The fourth stage takes place over the skies of Italy, where the player must battle against enemy fighter planes and bombers. 

The fifth and final stage takes place over the skies of Japan, where the player must battle against enemy fighter planes and bombers. The aim of 1941: Counter Attack rom is to defeat all the enemies that appear on screen, using punches and kicks to dispatch them. The player has a life bar which depletes as they take damage; once it is emptied, they lose a life and must restart from the beginning of the stage.
